Lagler Hummel

Lagler Hummel with a fresh 24 grit zirconia belt. There is no floor refinish job out there that would put up a match for this combo. I recently purchased our first Lagler Hummel and Tools4Flooring was nice enough to hook me up with a few boxes of various grits to test out. I have used 36 grit before but have never tried 24 grit. It’s insane how course this stuff feels when you hold it in your hands. I can see it being really useful in some of the old farmhouses I get to work in. A lot of times the floors in these homes have cupped and dished drastically over the years. With 24 grit zirconia cut perpendicular to the grain the floor will be flat in no time at all. This coupled with the amazing dust extraction that the Hummel is known for makes for a pretty awesome sanding experience. If you have some wood flooring in your home that you think is hopeless, give me a call to set up a consultation before you make any decisions. Chances are there can be some new life put into them with a superior sanding job. Thanks for taking the time to read and feel free to comment below with any questions or feedback.
